platform — working prototype.

This is a working prototype of the All-AI Power Washing platform you described. It covers all three user worlds — customer, contractor, and admin — and demonstrates the architecture, workflows, and UI patterns we'd use to build the full production system. Every page is clickable and shows realistic demo data.

The UI shows the complete flow — photo upload, vision analysis, itemized quoting, agent orchestration pipeline — with realistic simulated responses. The production system will wire GPT-4o Vision, LangGraph, Stripe Connect, Twilio, and DocuSeal into these same UI components. The architecture is already designed for those integrations.

To align on exactly what you want before we write thousands of lines of production code. This prototype surfaces design decisions, user flows, data models, and edge cases — all the things that are cheap to change now and expensive to change later. It's the fastest way to de-risk a project of this scope.

Three portals with 18+ pages, the AI quote engine (photo upload → vision analysis → itemized quote), the 6-agent LangGraph pipeline demo, contractor management, dispute resolution, analytics dashboard, and the full database schema for Supabase including row-level security policies.

A short call to walk through the prototype together, discuss any feedback on the flows, and align on priorities for the production build. We'll also need to confirm the name/branding, business entity for Stripe Connect, and get API credentials for integrations (GPT-4o, Twilio, DocuSeal, ATTOM Data).
